Our Surf Coast Tiny Homes director, James is an experienced local builder who has delivered a number of high-quality residential homes over many years. An avid traveller, devoted dad, and lover of the great outdoors, he has always believed that home is more than just a place—it’s where memories are made and dreams take root. This passion for life and people has driven him to help as many individuals and families as possible turn the dream of owning a home into reality, creating spaces where they can feel truly at ease and inspired. That background shapes everything we do. We understand structure. We understand detail. We understand longevity but more importantly — we understand how a home should feel.

After years in larger scale construction, we were drawn to something more personal. Tiny homes allow us to focus on craftsmanship in its purest form. Every line matters. Every junction matters. Every material is chosen with purpose. There is no room for excess — only intention.
